Tigecycline dose and usage:

conventional dose
Intravenous  infusion, the recommended dosing regimen for the first dose of 100mg (2  bottles), then, every 12 hours 50mg (1 bottle). The intravenous infusion of tigecycline should be administered once every 12 hours, each about 30 to 60 minutes.
The recommended course of tigecycline for the treatment of complex intraperitoneal infections is 5 to 14 days. The  course of treatment should be based on the severity and location of the  infection, the patient's clinical and bacteriological progress.
